【熟豆沖煮參數】


焙度：淺焙

建議養豆天數：7~10天
粉水比 1:17

△ 以15g咖啡豆萃取240ml咖啡液的比例為基準，再依喜好調整濃淡。
△ 中等粗細研磨，約莫是砂糖的顆粒大小，流速順暢不堵塞即可。
△ 沖煮水溫控制：92~93度。
△ 以少量水預浸悶蒸30秒，接下來沖煮過程可分3～4次注水，增加萃取率。
△ 整體沖煮時間2分30左右。
△ 建議養豆7~10天，萃取較穩定，風味也會比較完整。
